At Coulson, our family-owned and operated business is built on a foundation of compassion, fairness, and respect. We foster a workplace culture that values every employee, creating an environment where teamwork, innovation, and inclusivity drive our success. Our commitment to these principles makes us a highly responsive and forward-thinking company.

Founded in 1960, Coulson began as a pioneer in helicopter logging and gradually expanded its operations to include forest fire suppression, power-line construction, passenger transport, and industrial heavy-lift operations. Over the years, we’ve evolved to design and manufacture parts and assemblies for our aircraft, maintain our fleet, and operate all necessary support equipment. Today, we manage every aspect of our operations in-house, from full contract execution to business development, ensuring seamless integration across all facets of our work.

We are always on the lookout for talented, passionate, safety-focused, and hardworking teammates who love what they do. To learn more about our company, benefits, and available positions, click the link below. We look forward to meeting you!
